This is a blended learning course. All course materials, coursework, PowerPoints will be accessed from our online portal.
On the day the tutor will go through the requirement of each unit and provide details on how to complete each assignment. The day schedule is as follow:
 
9:00- 9:15am – Introduction
9:15am – 10:15am – Unit 1 of Level 3 in Education & Training
10:15- 11:15am – Unit 2 of Level 3 in Education & Training
11:15am – 12:15pm – Unit 3 of Level 3 in Education & Training
12:15pm – 1:00pm – Lunch Break (Lunch would be provided)
1:00pm – 2:00pm – CAVA Unit 1
2:00- 3:00pm – CAVA Unit 2 & 3
 
You will be required to undergo an assignment for each unit and submit it to our dedicated tutors for marking. The course is accredited by the NCFE.
 
Level 3 In Education & Training
The aim is to give learners the confidence and knowledge to teach. By the end of the course learners will understand how to set up an effective and inclusive learning environment. Everyone on the course designs, delivers and evaluates a 15 minute micro-teach, gaining invaluable feedback from their teacher and peers.
 
CAVA Assessor Course
The entire theoretical unit is completed on the day. The practical element requires learners to carry out four assessments on two different employees in their workplace. Learners complete a portfolio of the assessment plans, evidence, and feedback.
Candidates will gain the skills and knowledge to evaluate practitioners carrying out assessments in the classroom and work environment.
Requirement: You would be required to have a witness who can sign off your work and access to students.
